Scope of application

The powder and liquid of all kinds of common batteries are mixed and dispersed, and finally the battery slurry with uniform mixing is obtained. It is very suitable for high viscosity process.

Safety interlock system

1. Emergency stop: press the emergency stop switch to stop the equipment immediately without any operation

2. Start low speed mixing: you can rotate while lifting the barrel

3. High speed dispersion: the barrel can be rotated only when it is in place

4. Safety lock in operation: when the machine is running for mixing, the mixing bucket cannot be lowered or opened.

5. Prevent vacuum pipeline backflow: the special design of vacuum buffer tank can effectively prevent the vacuum pump oil from backflow to the mixing tank

6. Operation fault stop: the frequency converter is equipped with overload, over-current, over-voltage, leakage, lack of protection

7. Mixing bucket lifting: the mixing bucket can only rise after it is in place.

8. If the vacuum in the mixing drum is not discharged (normal pressure is not restored), it cannot be lowered.

9. The mixing drum can be started only after it rises to the right position and disperses at high speed.

10. After the mixing drum rises to the position, it is equipped with a locking protection system to prevent the mixing drum from falling abnormally when it rises to the high position.

11. During the dry mixing stage, the agitator needs to rotate and lift the drum.
