1. 2. If the mixer is fixed, it should be installed on a firm pedestal. For long-term use, the anchor bolts should be embedded; for short-term use, sleepers can be laid under the machine base and leveled.

3. If the mixer is mobile, it should be installed on a flat and hard floor with square wood or braces, and the tires on the horizontal plane should not be stressed. If the tire is used for more than three months, the tire should be removed and kept properly, and the end of the axle should be cleaned and rust-proof.

4. If the mixer needs to dig a pit for the upper hopper, the surrounding of the pit should be raised and compacted to prevent the ground water from flowing into the pit. The bottom support surface of the feeding rail frame should be tamped or bricked, and the back of the frame should also be supported by wood to prevent the rail from being deformed during operation.
