Three principles of daily maintenance of mixing station
1. Mixing host
①Cleaning: Drain the accumulated material in the mixing bucket after work every day, knock off the cement blocks adhered to the bucket wall, mixing arm, shaft and blade and rinse with water. Clean the sprocket cover and bottom travel switch of any dust buildup. ②Check the fastening bolts: the fastening bolts should be fastened firmly, and they should be fastened as soon as they are loose, and special attention should be paid to the bolts of the stirring blades not to be loose. ③Lubrication: Start the thick oil pump or manual oil pump to refuel the end of the stirring shaft before the shift every day until the oil at the end of the shaft is squeezed out. This procedure should also be carried out at intervals before starting up, 3-4 times per shift. Start the mixer to idle before the shift every day, and use the oil gun to add a small amount of lubricating oil to the transmission chain.
2. Material lifting system
①Cleaning: Clean up the accumulated material at the bottom of the machine in time. ②Check and adjust: The steering drum rotates flexibly, without abnormal noise, and the fastening bolts are not loose. Check the belt wear, check the belt deviation and adjust it. ③ Check each bearing and lubricate it with grease.
3. Mixing station batching machine
①Cleaning: Discharge the materials in the bucket after the shift every day, and remove the sundries from the lower part of the machine in time. ②Check and adjust: The suspension rod of the weighing bucket is not stuck by foreign objects, the transmission parts of the conveyor are flexible and there is no abnormal noise. The edge holder rubber in the groove is tightly fitted with the belt. Check the belt wear, find the cause and drain. Check belt misalignment and adjust. Check if the vibrator fixing bolts are loose, and re-tighten them. Check each bearing and lubricate with grease.
4. Cement and fly ash weighing hopper
①Cleaning: Brush off the dust on the weighing part after work every day. ② Check the screws on each scale rod, and tighten them if they are loose. ③Lubrication: Add a little lubricating oil to the weighing fulcrum.
5. Screw conveyor
①Check: It is strictly forbidden to store cement in the screw machine for a long time. If the machine is to be out of use for a period of time, the cement in the screw machine should be completely drained. Check that the inlet and outlet canvas nozzles are locked and fitted every day, and there is no water leakage. ②Lubrication: Use an oil gun to add a little lubricating oil to the transmission chain, and use a grease gun to add calcium-based lubricating grease to both shaft ends. ③ Check the screws at each connection, and tighten them if they are loose.
