How to calculate the hourly power consumption of the mixing station
There are different models of mixing plants, and each model has different power consumption. If you have to calculate its power, you can calculate it like this. Add up all the motor powers of a mixing plant, then you can count the mixing. Which motors are needed in the station:
1. There are three motors installed in the mixing host, namely the mixing motor, the hoisting motor, and the water pump motor. These three motors add up to 25kw to 90kw.
2. The motor installed on the belt conveyor.
3. The motor installed on the screw conveyor is about 5.5-19kw.
4. The motor on the pump is about 11kw.
5. The motor on the dust collector is about 0.5kw.
6. The motor on the air compressor is about 4kw.
