The integrated mixing machine is mainly composed of ten parts: chassis system, hydraulic transmission system, mixing tank, discharging system, cleaning system, sub-frame, control system, supporting wheel system, feeding system, and circuit system. Let's analyze the four working principles of the integrated mixing machine.
Principle of mixing function of integrated mixing machine:
The power take-off drives the engine's power through the small transmission shaft to drive the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor to rotate, and drives the mixing barrel to rotate through the reducer. During the transportation of concrete, it is necessary to keep the mixing tank rotating at a low speed of 1-3 revolutions per minute to ensure the uniformity of the concrete and prevent the segregation of the concrete, which is called agitation (commonly known as stirring).
The charging function principle of the integrated mixing machine:
When the integrated mixing machine is loading concrete, the mixing tank rotates quickly, at a speed of 6-10 revolutions per minute. The concrete enters the mixing drum from the barrel mouth conduit through the charging system, and flows to the middle and lower part of the mixing drum under the guidance of the spiral blades. Note: The rotation direction of the tank should be consistent when loading and during transportation, otherwise the concrete will be discharged during transportation.

Principle of unloading function of mixing machine:
When the integrated mixing machine is unloading, the engine transmits power to the mixing tank through the power take-off, hydraulic pump, reducer, etc., driving the tank to rotate at a speed of 3-14 rpm; the concrete is pushed by the spiral motion of the blades Move downward toward the barrel mouth and discharge through the unloading hopper of the mixing machine. At this time, the rotation direction of the tank is opposite to the direction of feeding.
Principle of cleaning function of integrated mixing machine:
The water tank is pressurized through the air reservoir of the braking system, and the water flows through the pressurized cleaning mixing tank system, loading port, unloading system, etc.
