After each shift, the concrete mixer should be carefully cleaned.

Concrete mixers are generally maintained with high quality after 100 hours of operation.

1. In the high-quality maintenance of the concrete mixer, in addition to the work content of daily maintenance, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect the clutch, check and adjust the braking gap, such as the inner and outer brake belts of the clutch are too worn and need to be replaced. In addition, wire ropes, V-belt plain bearings, water distribution systems and running wheels are also checked.

2. In the high-quality maintenance of the forced concrete mixer, it is necessary to check and adjust the gap between the mixing blade, the scraper and the lining plate, the sealing and flexibility of the hopper and the discharge door, and the wear degree of the clutch. The high-quality water distribution system algorithm is normal.

3. Concrete mixers using chain rotation need to check the elongation of the chain pitch

Secondary maintenance

The secondary maintenance cycle of the concrete mixer is generally 700~1500h working hours. In the secondary maintenance, in addition to the high-quality maintenance work, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect the reducer, motor and open gear, etc. In addition, it is necessary to check the operation of the machine and discharge mechanism, cleaning walking wheels and steering mechanism, etc.

1. When dismantling and inspecting the reducer, it is necessary to clean the gears, shafts, shafts and oil passages, and check the wear degree of the surface of the halogen profile. After dismantling and inspection, add new gear oil.

2. When dismantling and inspecting the motor, the dust on the stator winding should be removed, the bearings should be cleaned and new grease should be added, and the gap between the stator and the rotor should be checked and adjusted.
